What is the Parivartan Scheme?
The PARIVARTAN Scheme is a Government of India initiative aimed at accelerating the replacement of eligible older commercial vehicles with cleaner and more efficient vehicles. The scheme encourages eligible owners of older trucks and buses in the NCR region to move towards BS-VI or electric commercial vehicles, subject to applicable scheme conditions.

100% Motor Vehicle Tax Exemption
For 10 years on an eligible new Vehicle.
100% Registration Fee Waiver
Applicable on eligible vehicle loans.
5% Interest Subsidy
Interest Support on eligible vehicle loans.
Minimum 8% OEM Discount
OEM discount on qualifying replacement vehicles.
Fuel Voucher/Financial Assistance
Additional assistance as applicable under the scheme.
Who is eligible for the Parivartan Scheme?
Owners of BS-VI or older commercial vehicles registered in Delhi NCR are eligible, subject to the scheme conditions.
