Since I started working with VECV nine years back, my association with the organization has evolved over time. My journey of 14 years with VECV has been an incredible one, that has significantly contributed to my career. Over the years I have been entrusted with various roles in dealer development and aftermarket. It has been a fulfilling journey since I joined VECV back in 2016. Since then, I have been entrusted with numerous responsibilities related to handling end-to-end planning for activities such as travel, invoicing, hospitality functions, and events. I joined VECV 15 years back as one of the campus hires and there has been no looking back since. At VE Commercial Vehicles, I lead HR for Corporate and Volvo Trucks India, with a singular focus people-first transformation. As an engine designer and simulation engineer, I’ve worked across diverse engine platforms and led as the moving-component expert with cross-functional teams and global suppliers. My innovation journey includes three patents—one global—along with consecutive Innovation Day wins and national-level recognitions. This experience has strengthened both my technical and leadership abilities, and I look forward to continuing to grow and contribute at VECV.
