VE Commercial Vehicles sells 7978 units in May 2026
VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. (A Volvo Group and Eicher Motors joint venture) recorded sales of 7978 units in May 2026 as compared with 7401 units in May 2025, a growth of 7.8%. This includes 7789 units of the Eicher brand and 189 units of the Volvo brand.
The following are details for May 2026:
- Eicher branded trucks & buses recorded sales of 7789 units in May 2026 as compared with 7258 units in May 2025 representing a growth of 7.3%.
- In the domestic CV market, Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 7375 units in May 2026 as compared with 6758 units in May 2025, representing a growth of 9.1%.
- On the Exports front, VECV recorded sales of 414 units in May 2026 as compared with 500 units in May 2025, representing a decline of 17.2%.
- Volvo Trucks and Volvo Buses recorded sales of 189 units in May 2026 as compared with 143 units in May 2025, representing a growth of 32.2%.
