Eicher Customer Satisfaction

Eicher Customer satisfaction system is an extensive mechanism to capture the customer’s voice. In this methodology a sets of questions being asked to capture the various parameters of customer satisfaction. It gives customer a platform to raise the concern about the services or product and gets quick resolution from our aftermarket network. It includes a 1-3-6 survey in which a customer is called in the 1st, 3rd and 6th month from purchase; and a 3rd day calling to customers for post repair survey.
