Dealership appointment process:

  • After the receipt of the Letter of Interest, the Dealer Development Department will conduct a screening and will revert on the Due-Diligence schedule.
  • Prospects will present their business case, investment plan and proposed site details during the Due-Diligence. A third party responsible for conducting Financial Diligence will get in.
  • The final shortlisted party will be invited to a meeting with the top management to accept the Letter of Intent and to visit the manufacturing unit.
  • Post completion of the dealership facility and readiness on manpower and systems, an Essential Operating Requirement (EOR) certification is released. Thereafter the dealer is authorized to commence operations.
  • Dealership Agreement will be issued within a month of the EOR certification.
