My Eicher is an industry-first digital platform designed to help Fleet Owners and Managers manage and control their business conveniently. This is enabled through features, including Fleet Management, Uptime Management, Fuel Management, and a variety of Value-Added Services.
It is available as a user-friendly app as well as an online portal so you can stay on top of your business from wherever and whenever you wish to.

Frequently Asked Questions
You can sign up using your Eicher Live ID, Mobile Number, or Registration Number / Chassis Number.
Just click on the "New User Sign Up" button and fill out the form. Agree to the terms and conditions, then click on the “Proceed” button.
Log out of the app, click on ‘Forgot Password?’, enter your registered contact number, validate it via an OTP. and set a new password.
Click or tap on New User/Sign Up and enter your details. Soon after, the system will display a message like: Your Mobile number is ******7384 and EmailIiD is tes*@gmail.com. You can verify this information through an OTP.
Mail to [email protected] requesting to change the mobile number or dial the toll free number 1800 102 3531.
Vehicle details can be verified in two ways: through email or mobile number, using an OTP.

- Select the ‘My Organization’ section from the left navigation
- Click on the ‘Manage fleet’ option
- Click on ‘Book Service’ for the vehicle
- Fill out the form to schedule a service
- Go to the 'Uptime management' section from the left navigation
- Click on 'Fleet Health'
- Click on ‘Schedule service’; this will take you to the 'Manage fleet' page.
- Click on the 'Book service’ button for the vehicle
- Complete the form to schedule your service
- Go to the ‘Uptime management’ section in the left navigation.
- Choose ‘OnRoad Breakdown’
- Click on ‘Report a Breakdown’
- Provide the required details on the new page displayed
- Click on the ‘Report Breakdown’ button to submit
Go to the ‘Uptime Management’ section from the left navigation and click on ‘Fleet health’ status to view active breakdown cases.
Navigate to 'Live Uptime Track' and click on the eye-shaped icon to view the current status of the vehicle.
Marketplace is a single digital platform where you can access additional services, including various partners and self-services. Vendors can also offer their products or services to Eicher's customer base on the platform.
Marketplace offers a wide range of services and solutions tailored to your needs. You can access services such as GPS, school bus solutions, load boards, FASTags, insurance, and more for your vehicle.
